its a vegetarian restaurant in CBD area...
place is around 70m2 (im still estimationg how big it is)...
only provides lunch...
so its closed on sunday (cos sunday nobody go work de)...
around 150 customers they'll be receiving...
so around 5 service staff will be needed...
monthly rent $8000+...
